Writing Exodus 39 and 40
Good morning… Yes, you read that correctly, I wrote 2 chapters today. I was so close to finishing Exodus that I just couldn’t wait.
There is a frequent phrase in these 2 chapters:
“as the Lord had commanded Moses.”
Exodus (throughout 39 and 40)
These 2 chapters show us that the people and Moses did ‘as the Lord had commanded Moses’. So many details, that may sound so repetitive, but I think the Lord wanted it to be clear what was done and that everything was followed through. Not just by assumption, but carefully followed through.
I do appreciate the glimpse that the Lord gives us into the history of His people and their relationship with Him.
Try to read a few verses today!!
