Writing Titus 1
Good morning. Another location but the same priorities. The great thing about God and the Bible is that they come with me where ever I go. Another little letter from Paul to Titus, whom he calls his ‘true child in a common faith’. It seems like it was so important for Paul to keep contact with fellow Christians. I can definitely do a better job at that. I fail daily at keeping up with people in my life over the years.
As I was writing this chapter I got to the last verse:
“They profess to know God, but they deny him by their works. They are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good work.”
This is a sad verse, I never want to be described in this way. Actually, I don’t want anyone to be described this way. My hope is that we all can read the word and see the blessings we will receive from God the Father, through Jesus His Son.
