Writing Psalms 7 and 8
Good morning. As I read Psalm 7, I can’t help but think about David’s heart.
“O Lord my God, if I have done this, if there is wrong in my hands, if I have repaid my friend with evil or plundered my enemy without cause, let the enemy pursue my soul and overtake it, and let him trample my life to the ground and lay my glory in the dust.
Psalms 7: 3-5
Selah”
David was willing to accept the consequences of anything that he had done wrong. In my life, I am depending on forgiveness because I know I have done wrong. His devotion to the Lord was so strong. Did David sin? Yes.. This gives me so much hope. Because I know that even though I sin, I can be counted as faithful.
God is so Good!!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!!
