Writing Deuteronomy 3
Good morning….
“‘O Lord God, you have only begun to show your servant your greatness and your mighty hand. For what god is there in heaven and on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as yours?”
deuteronomy 3:25
As I read this verse I could not help but think about Moses and all that he had seen, and how much more he wanted to see, but he wouldn’t see it on this earth. I think sometimes it is easy to cling to what we see in front of us, so much so, that we don’t see the big picture. Moses would soon be a spiritual world allowing Joshua to care for the people. I do understand that Moses wanted to see the rest of the story play out. But that wasn’t for him to decide.
I hope my desire for God in heaven is stronger than my desire for things on this world.
