Writing Psalm 73
Good morning… Sometimes when I am writing, verses really touch my heart. This is the case this morning.
“Nevertheless, I am continually with you; you hold my right hand.
Psalm 73:23-26
You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to glory.
Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you.
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
I know these things on this earth are temporary. I can enjoy them while I am here, but will they be in heaven when I get there? Where is my heart? Where is my refuge?
“But for me it is good to be near God;
Psalm 73:28
I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.”
Did you know that God created you? Did you know that God sent His Son to the earth to save you? Did you know that through the Holy Spirit we have these words?
God is so Good.
