Writing Psalm 33
Good morning..
“By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
psalm 33:6-9
and by the breath of his mouth all their host.
He gathers the waters of the sea as a heap;
he puts the deeps in storehouses.
Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!
For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.”
I like to be reminded of how wonderful and mighty God is. To know that He created it all and chose to create us all. What a wonderful thing. Let me stand in awe of him. Let me remember that it is not me who is running the show, for that I am thankful, because I would mess up so much in my life.
“The Lord looks down from heaven;
Psalm33:13-17
he sees all the children of man;
for where he sits enthroned he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,
he who fashions the hearts of them all and observes all their deeds.
The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.
The war house is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.”
I am not stronger than the Lord. I cannot over power the things that He has set in motion. I just need to have faith and know He is there, and know He will hold me up and see me through.
