Writing Psalm 104
Good morning… As I was writing this morning, I thought about how perfect this earth is.
“He made the moon to mark the seasons; the sun knows its time for setting.
Psalm 104:19-23
You make the darkness, and it is night, when all the beasts of the forest creep about.
The young lions roar for their prey, seeking their food from God.
When the sun rises, they steal away and lie down in their dens.
Man goes out to his work and to his labor until the evening.”
Could all these things have happened through chance? I can think of the cycle of a simple sunflower. When it comes to seed, it provides food for the birds. Then the seed is dispersed so that the plant can grow in another area providing more food for another bird. It also provides food for the bees, which are used to pollinate the flower to provide the seeds. It is a beautiful cycle. Again I ask, could all these things have happened through chance?
“O Lord, how manifold are your works!
psalm 104:24-25
In wisdom you have made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.
Here is the sea, great and wide, which teems with creatures innumerable, living things both small and great.”
I am so thankful that God had the wisdom to create it all, to create us all.
“When you send forth your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the ground.”
psalm 104:30
God is so Good!!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!!
