Writing Numbers 9
Good morning…
“On the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of testimony. And at evening it was over the tabernacle like the appearance of fire until morning. So it was always: covered it by day and the appearance of fire by night. And whenever the cloud lifted from over the tent, after that the people of Israel set out, and in the place where the cloud settled down, there the people of Israel camped.”
Numbers 9:15-17
This must have been an amazing sight. It was a continual reminder that the Lord was there guiding them. He let them know when to settle and when to move on. This would be a bit difficult for those of us who like a schedule and like things done a certain way each day. I definitely should learn to be more flexible in my days.
I am thankful that the Lord is with me always too. And He guides me through His Word. That is why it is so important for us to read the Bible.
