Writing Numbers 16, 17, and 18
Good morning… Since I didn’t finished yesterday’s writing, I decided to combine them all together.
“But on the next day all the congregation of the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and against Aaron, saying, “You have killed the people of the Lord.” And when the congregation had assembled against Moses and against Aaron, they turned toward the tent o meeting. And behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the Lord appeared.”
numbers 16:41-42
Wow…. I know I talked about stubbornness, but the people of Israel had just watched the Lord move the ground to swallow up the family and belongings of Korah, then He used fire to consume the 250 men. The people clearly seen the power of God at work before their eyes and their response is to continue to rebel. It makes me want to sit and think about the times I have suffered consequences to my actions and yet I did it again. I just don’t know if I am any different than the Israelites.
I guess there is a difference, I have Jesus. As, I need to try to do better and quit making the same mistakes over and over, I can receive forgiveness without bulls and goats.
God is so Good!!
