Writing Genesis 17
Good morning…
“And all the men of his house, those born in the house and those brought with money from a foreigner, were circumcised with him.”
Genesis 17:27
Wow, what a commitment. I think about the commitment that Abraham had to God, the commitment that Ishmael (Abraham’s son) had with his father, the commitment the other men had with Abraham. They all must have had so much faith in Abraham and in God to do this. And I have trouble committing to simply praying to Him or reading His words. I have some work to do. 🙂
