Writing Acts 26
Good morning. Today we hear Paul’s defense to King Agrippa and to so many in the audience hall. This is another great chapter to share with those who are new to the gospel. Again, it shows Paul’s journey to learning the truth. It also shows what God’s purpose for Paul is:
“to whom I am sending you to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.”
After all that Paul had to say, I love the response Agrippa gives:
“In a short time would that you persuade me to be a Christian?”
Then Paul’s response:
“Whether short or long, I would to God that not only you but also all who hear me this day might become such as I am—except for these chains.”
Paul only wanted them to believe and follow the Way of the Lord. These words are given to us today so that the same result will come, that everyone everywhere will follow the Way of the Lord.
God is so Good!!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!!
