Writing Acts 19
Good morning. As chapter 19 begins we learn about Apollos. Apollos had learned from and baptized under John the baptist. He had not heard the ‘rest of the story’. He knew to repent and that a savior was coming but he had not known that the Savior had come. I like verse 5:
“On hearing this , they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.”
It was clear to them what they were to do. There doesn’t seem to be any hesitation.
