1 Corinthians 16
Good morning. The last chapter of 1 Corinthians. I enjoy how Paul mentions those who are dear to him.
“I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus, because they have made up for your absence, for they refreshed my spirit as well as yours. Give recognition to such people.”
As I read and write I feel the love he has for them. He wants others to see how special they are to him too. I can take a lesson in this. I am not good at showing and expressing my feelings to others. Whether it is because of my personality or because of experiences, I do not know. But for whatever reason, it is difficult for me. I am much better at writing things on paper or computer. Thankfully, we have different ways we can show and tell others how we feel about them. I am going to try to do better. Time will tell.
*I have reached the end of writing another book in the New Testament. Such a blessing to be able to do this. It takes about an hour each morning, sometimes a little more sometimes less. There are 260 chapters in the New Testament. I have set a goal to finish the New Testament this year, this is after I said I had no goals. But the great thing about this, I can change it at any time.
*For those keeping up, I am on pen #16, of the pens I have laying around my house. 🙂 Let this journey continue.
God is so Good!!
Hope everyone has a great week this week!!
