Writing Acts 9

Good morning. In this chapter we get to see Saul change into a disciple for the Lord. I could not imagine what he must have felt as he realized what he was doing was wrong. Could you imagine walking along and suddenly Jesus began to talk to you from heaven? I think I would have fallen to the ground too. As we can see in this chapter, Saul’s heart changed immediately. Once the truth was revealed to him, he began to share it with others and they too believed in Jesus. Wow.

I love the words, the Lord tells Ananias, “Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel. For I will show him how much he must suffer for the sake of my name.” The Lord said ‘he is a chosen instrument’. But with this also comes suffering. I love to hear of the life of Saul/Paul. I can learn so much from him. I am so thankful for the work that he did to get the truth out to all who he came in contact with.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!
