Writing Numbers 25
Good morning…
“While Israel lived in Shittim, the people began to whore with the daughters of Moab. These invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. So Israel yoked himself to Baal of Peor. And the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel.”
numbers 25:1-3
It is so easy to get caught up with the things around us; the people, the conveniences, activities. Next thing we know, we become intertwined with all of it. I don’t think I even realize it has happened. It is so important for me to take an inventory every now and then, to see where I stand. Am I in the world or with God? I am so thankful for Jesus, who died for my sins, so that I can return back to Him when I have strayed back into the world.
