exodus 4:2-5
When Moses seen that his staff turned into a serpent, he ran from it. Fear…. His first reaction was fear. Not only with the serpent, but also the idea of having to talk to the people. I cannot imagine overcoming so many fears at one time. This is the same man who took action and decided to run from Egypt out of fear. Moses had a lot to overcome as he took this journey that the Lord sent him on.
Fear is a hard one. I need to remember that I am not alone in my fears. I have the Lord and also Christians around me to help me with my fears. I don’t have to take them on alone, and neither did Moses.
