Writing Psalm 84 and 85
Good morning. There are some verses in the Bible that strike a cord with me more than others. In Psalm 84 are a few of them.
“For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere.
Psalm 84:10-12
I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.
For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor.
No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.
O Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you!”
I would rather be a servant in the house of the Lord, than to continue to live in my sins. It would be worth it, if I only get to be there with Him for a day…. To see His Shining face, the One I have read about in this book. The One who guides me with His light and covers me with His arms when I need it. He blesses me as I trust in Him. He forgives me, as I stumble daily. He love me as I am His child.
