Writing Psalm 56
Good morning…
“You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle.
Psalm 56:8-11
Are they not in your book? Then my enemies will turn back in the day when I call.
This I know, that God is for me.
In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise, In God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
What can man do to me?”
David has been seized, caught by his enemies. What does he do? He turns to God. His faith is in God. He knows that man can not take anything that really matters from him. They cannot take away his faith, his God.
How beautiful to see his faith. How beautiful to know that we can have such faith. A faith that no one can take from us. A belief in God and knowing that we have His promises. Promises that He has given to His children.
God is so Good!!
