Writing Romans 9
Good morning, I have missed several days.. I wasn’t able to focus or find a good way to do my writing while I was away. Today I am back in my normal space with my normal internet. For those who like website view, I updated my last 2 posts on my site so you can see them here.
Today’s reading. Romans 9, Paul goes through a lot of detail about the promise that was given. I like to focus on the last part of the chapter verses 30-32:
“What shall we say, then? That Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness have attained it, that is, a righteousness that is by faith; but that Israel who pursued a law that would lead to righteousness did not succeed in reaching that way. Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as if it were based on works.”
We have to have faith. It is not like a check list we go through and check what we have done for the day/week/month. Faith is what we have internally. Faith is in our hearts.
