Writing Leviticus 14
Good afternoon….
“If the disease breaks out again in the house, after he has taken out the stones and scraped the house and plastered it, then the priest shall go and look. And if the disease has spread in the house, it is a persistent leprous disease in the house; it is unclean. And he shall break down the house, its stones and timber and all the plaster of the house, and he shall carry them out of the city to an unclean place.”
leviticus 14:43-45
As I was writing these verses, I could not help but think about the sin in my life. When I repent of my sins, I may decide, ‘well, I will change this and change that’. But then the sin returns. Sometimes it may be necessary to start over from the ground up. My whole entire life my need to change, so that the sin does not come back and grow again. Sometimes, I have to take drastic efforts in order to keep myself clean. I may not have to worry about leprous disease, but I still have to worry about sin dirtying up my life.
Thankfully we have Jesus!!
