Writing Psalm 29-30
Good morning…
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;
Psalm 30:11-12
you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever!”
I wrote a devotional about these verses recently. These verses prick my heart. I can’t help but remember that my times in mourning never stay. I am always brought back to dancing, to laughter, to smiling. When things seem so bad, I can be brought to gladness with memories, and the humor of life. I can always return and sing praises to the Lord. I can thank the Lord for this. He gives me hope and strength everyday. I hope I can always give Him thanks forever!!
