Writing Jude
Good afternoon. Jude, another book that is only one chapter so it is finished in a day. As I was writing this book I was thinking this is sad, seeing what happened to those who were ungodly. As I was writing, I was troubled with what I would bring out in this book to share. But then I got further along and then I began to smile.
But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. And have mercy on those who doubt; save other by snatching them out of the fire; to other show mercy with fear, hating even the garment stained by the flesh.
JUDE 20-23
I had to smile after I read these verses. I was once snatched out of the fire. I was living a life of sin in the world and someone thought enough about me to help me study the bible and find the Lord. Now instead of falling among the ungodly, I will now have eternal life with the Lord. Wow!! I pray I am able to snatch someone else out of the fire like I was snatched out.
